The Radisson Hotel at Opryland is operating and
sustained no damage from the recent flooding in
Nashville.

Attendees can either call the Hotel directly at
(615) 889-0800 or our 800 line at (800) 333-3333
or make reservations on line. The online site
will be listed next week. Check back to this

Group
Rates:
Group rates will apply three (3) days
prior to, and following the date of the room block.
The room cost of $89.00 is based on single or double
occupancy. Each additional person above double
occupancy to a room is $10.00. Children 12 years
and under are free when occupying the same room as
their parents. Sales and lodging tax or the
currently prevailing tax will apply to the room rate
which is currently a total of 15.25% plus a $2.50
city tax.
All individual Room Block
reservations must be received thirty (30) days prior
to arrival for each event. All individual
reservations must be accompanied by one night’s
deposit plus tax or guaranteed by a major credit
card (Hotel will charge an attendee’s credit card
for one night’s stay prior to arrival). Room
reservations received by this date will be confirmed
at your group rate. After this date, they will be
confirmed on a space-available basis at the
prevailing rack rate. Deposits are only refundable
for cancellations occurring 24 hours prior to
arrival.
Note: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Early arrivals will be accommodated based on
availability. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
