TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING EDUCATION

Live The Dream... and Become a

Technology Engineering Education Teacher

Technology Engineering Education advances the technological capabilities for all students and will nurture and promote the professionalism of those engaged in this pursuit.  We strive to meet the professional needs and interests of all teachers as well as to improve public understanding of technology, innovation, design, and engineering education and its contributions.

The technology engineering curriculum model is committed to the teaching of TIDE (Technology, Innovations, Design, and Engineering in our schools. Our award winning curriculum is  greatly improving our ability to advocate the advancement of technological literacy in our society.

We provide a standards-based 5-12 program that ensures that every Tennessee student will become technologically literate.

Our program of study is built on the belief that the ingenuity of children is untapped, unrealized potential that, when properly motivated, will lead to the next generation of technologists, innovators, designers, and engineers.

Provide a standards-based K-12 program that ensures that all students are technologically literate.
